Jennice Doty
Managing Partner/Designated Broker
Jennice Doty is the Managing Partner and Designated Broker of TCT Property Services, LLC. She has been in the real estate industry since 1979. Jennice heads the Commercial Property Management division, including office condo associations, office buildings, and shopping centers. Jennice is currently a CCIM candidate. Jennice is a past member of the National Association of Real Property Managers (NARPM) and has successfully completed several courses from the Institute of Real estate Management. Jennice's vision is to build and expand a successful Property Management company while maintaining quality service and integrity.
Jennice Serves as Co-Chair of the Commercial Focus Group at the Southeast Valley Board of Realtors. Jennice is on the Commercial Leadership Council for the International office Keller Williams Commercial. She is also involved in various Commercial Mastermind groups throughout the Valley.

Steve Chader

Steve Chader is a Certified Residential Specialist and Associate Broker in Arizona. His success in real estate has evolved over the past thirty years. He is the principal of three Keller Williams Integrity First market franchises, partner/owner of TCT Property Management Services that manages over 800 residential units and 40 commercial/condo properties. Steve is a faculty member and International Master Instructor for Keller Williams University.
Steve is the Chairman of the Professional Standards Committee and also serves as a Mediator for South East Valley Regional Association of REALTORSâ. He is on the Board of Directors for KW Cares and for Mesa Bank. Steve served the community of Gilbert, Arizona as a city councilman for six years. For enjoyment, he plays bass guitar in his church band and with the 6 foot 6 rock and roll band. Steve supports his favorite charities, KW Cares and Sunshine Acres, by donating a portion from each transaction.
