Steve Chader is co-owner of TCT Property Services, LLC and the Operating Principal of Two Keller Williams Integrity First market centers. Steve is a Certified Residential Specialist and Associate Broker in Arizona. His success in real estate has evolved over the past twenty-nine years. Steve is the founder of a top producing real estate group known as The Chader Team.
Jennice Doty is the Managing Partner and Designated Broker of TCT Property Services, LLC. She has been in the real estate industry since 1979. Jennice heads our Commercial Property Management division, including office condo associations, office buildings, and shopping centers. Jennice is currently a CCIM candidate. Jennice is a member of the National Assoication of Real Property Manangers(NARPM) and has successfully completed several courses from the Institute of Real estate Management. Jennice's vision is to build and expand a successful Property Management company while maintaining quality service and integrity.
Erin Cowley is co-owner and Managing Partner of our West Valley office which includes, Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Avondale, Peoria, and Surprise. Erin has been in the real estate industry for over 10 years and has been a part of TCT Property Services family for 7 years. Erin heads the Commercial Property Management division in our West Valley office.
Natalie Effio is the Commercial Property Manager for our East Valley office, with the help of Jo Coombe they manage a portfolio of over 40 properties. Natalie has been a with TCT Property Services for over 6 years. Natalie and Jo have a combined real estate experience of over 16 years.
Lee Pagano and Jessi Tykoski are the Property Managers for our East Valley office. Lee has been in the property management industry for over 10 years, and leads the Residential Property Management Division. Together they manage over 350 single family homes.
Julie Cober is the Property Manager for the West Valley office. Julie's background is in apartment management and has been in property management industry for 4 years. Julie currently manages over 150 single family homes.
Lora Jonas and Rachael Chader are the Assistant Property Managers for the East Valley office. Together they handle the Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert, Ahwatukee, Queen Creek and Tempe areas.
Jennifer Polansky is the Assistant Property Manager for the West Valley office.
